I have the same problem and tried the Lenova solution here:. It doesn't work. I did not have 'Realtek High Definition Audio' or 'Conexant SmartAudio' or 'IDT High Definition Audio' but do have Conexant HD Audio, which I uninstalled. However, after rebooting, it reinstalls itself. Then I get the 'Unable to start the Dolby audio driver. Please restart the computer or reinstall the driver if the problem persists' message.
